It looks like the San Diego Chargers have found their replacement for Marty Schottenheimer as head coach.
According to a report on ESPN.com, the Chargers have reached an agreement with Norv Turner to coach the team.
Turner has spent nine season as an NFL head coach with the Washington Redskins and Oakland Raiders and compiled a 59-83-1 record.
Turner spent the 2006 season as offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers and was credited with quarterback Alex Smith's progression in his second season.
