Oilers sign defenceman Jeff Petry to a a two-year contract. Jeff Petry's deal is 2 years AAV $1.75 million.

People there wanted Petry signed long term $4-6M a year (a'la Tom Gaybert) so nobody would offer sheet him. Fuckin guy played one full NHL season. I swear people that post there are 12 years old though.
Like this deal though. Probably our best dman last year next to Smid.
