Flyers vs The Devils - This is a tough one. They split the series 3-3 during the season. I see this one going at least 6 or 7. The Devils need Broduer to play he did last night. This one is coming down to the wire and the Flyers need to play defense and goaltending unlike the last round against Pittsburgh.

Prediction: Devils in 7

Rangers vs The Capitals - Marion Gaborik needs to step up. The Caps surprised The Bruins. The Rangers will not take the Caps lightly. This is a different Caps team that seems to give the Rangers fits

Prediction: Rangers in 6

Coyotes vs The Predators

Every game could be 1-0 in triple overtime. I like The Preds as they seem just a little deeper.

Prediction: Predators in 6

The Kings vs Blues - Big first round win for the Kings. Jonathan Quick looks like a guy that can take a team deep. The Blues have two guys that can take a team deep. The west is wild as ever and going to be a crazy when it is done. Like The Predators, the Blues are little deeper.

Wow. So far you're 1 for 4. not a good round for ya. lol

I would have picked the Kings in their series. It came down to goaltending and Quick is, and has been, better than Elliot. Not sure if Halak would have made a big difference mind you.

I was rooting for the Preds, but Smith has been standing on his head for the last two months. Kings/Coyotes series will be a tough one to call, but I will say the Kings come out ahead in that one too.
