Kemp and defencemen T.J. Reynolds. McDonald, the Oilers second round selection (51st overall) in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, is coming off a four-year career with the NCAA's Providence College Friars, serving as co-captain during his final two seasons. The 6' 3”, 205-pound native of Wethersfield, Connecticut, led the Friars with a career-high 13 goals last season. Flinn, a native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, is entering his 7th professional season and has played 31 National Hockey League games with the Los Angeles Kings, recording one goal and 84 penalty minutes. Last season, Flinn notched six points (2-4-6) while reaching career-highs in games played (61) and penalty minutes (166) with the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League. Kemp is coming off his best professional season after recording career-highs in assists (33), points (38) and penalty minutes (56) in 65 games with the AHL's Manchester Monarchs. In 14 playoff games with the Monarchs, Kemp tallied seven points (2-5-7) and 12 penalty minutes. Reynolds, 6' 2”, 225-pounds, played 42 games with the AHL's Milwaukee Admirals last season, registering one assist 93 penalty minutes. The Kitchener, Ontario native will be entering his 6th professional season in 2007-08.

I think they want Colin McDonald on the team the others are for springfield though. Im assuming this because it says they signed him and three others. Sounds like he could be a pretty good fourth liner but who knows maybe he wont make the team

McDonald might be hard pressed to make the big club. I think he'll be a depth guy but might spend a lot of time in the minors.
I also heard that the Oil signed David Rohlfs to a 2 year contract as well but there's nothing on the Oilers site. That might not be surprising as I read that Kemp was signed a while ago but was only announced yesterday.
