I wonder if anyone can answer this for me. I want to get the third jersey and get it customized, but I don't want to spend $400 to do that for the pro so I like the Semi-Pro, but for the Semi-pro the description says heat pressed. Anyone know anything about this? I am not wild about heat pressed. At least baseball they are sewn on. Or if anyone knows a better web site then the NHL Shop.

I'm no expert but I wonder if it might take a while until other stores will have them in stock.
I just wonder, too, if you can get one with no name or number and get them done locally.
Sorry I can't be of much help.

Buy the jersey first and then get the add ons later when you can afford it. I am lucky i have an old jersey from the beginning...just have to figure out how to get rid of the Linesman names and number...LOL

My hemsky jersey is semi pro (i think, i sure didn't spend no 400 bucks on it) and the crest is all embroidered, but the numbers and name are heat pressed and sewn on (the colouring around the letters is heat pressed, but the numbers and name themselves are actually sewn on) Mine's a youth jersey though, I'm not sure what they're like for adult jerseys.

I just looked at the website, and for the 114 jerseys it says the crest is embroidered and the name and numbers are silk screened twill. so it's gonna be the same as my hemsky jersey is i'm assuming. it's not just straight silk screening.

Jaime I found a site that sews everything. www.icejerseys.com. Basically the same prices as the NHL Shop, maybe a dollar or two difference.

134 on that site vs. 114 on nhl.com cdn. but at least it's hand sewn so you don't have to worry about the numbers and letters falling off?
