Couldve been testosteone pills?? Or does that increas Y chromosomes? I don't think testerone would have any sort of affect on x, y chromosomes, as i think all chromosome work is taken care of during fertilization and gestation, crossing over and such of the genes. I don;t think it changes after birth. I know testerone would change vocal cords, produce hair, and all that other junk...

the problem is, India has been accused of this more then once from what I heard on the radio, so that is why everytime they win opposing nations contest it.
