Anyone else catch the 1st game of the Canada/Russia Super Series?
Doubtful since the games are on pretty early for all you Westerners ... until the series comes to Canada. But ya never know.
Game 2 tomorrow at 9am Eastern on Snet.

I caught the hilites. Looked pretty flat early but really came alive after that. Beauty goal by Gagner as well.

Suprised not more are watching this. Gagner had to absolute beautiful moves on both of his points. Also got robbed on an empty net. Hard not to get excited about the kid when you see stuff like this.

The game this morning was much more entertaining.
It replays on Snet at 7:30 eastern. (which is around 5:30 or so for you guys I think)
So I won't tell the score or any particulars.

I'm recording them, as they're on so early, so I haven't been able to watch either game yet. And I forgot to check to see if it's either steaming online or if there's any radio stations picking up the series.

I'd love to watch some of these games, but I love sleep as well as hockey. I'll have to watch for the replay later.

I'm still mad there isn't a game in Ontario.
Appearently Hockey Canada & The John Labatt Centre in London couldn't come to a financial agreement.

It's awesome. My rugby team does all of the security at the Enmax Centrium in Red Deer, so I have the option of working security at all of the Rebels' games and concerts that come through Red Deer...and the Super Series game! Free.
